This 90-minute workshop is a continuation of the foundational session for management and administrative-level staff of Enough is Enough (EIE) grantee programs. Part Two focuses on enhancing supervisory skills and workshopping sustainable practices to support staff in achieving EIE grant deliverables. Participants will explore strategies for addressing common challenges, such as staff turnover and program evaluation, while maintaining compliance with grant requirements. Additionally, this session will provide actionable tools for fostering a positive and effective workplace culture, leveraging TTA Center resources, and meeting the evolving needs of students and campuses under the EIE program.
As a result of this session, participants will be better able to:
- Address common challenges, such as staff retention and program sustainability, while meeting EIE grant deliverables
- Utilize advanced strategies to foster effective communication, professional development, and team accountability within their programs
- Leverage TTA Center resources to resolve programmatic challenges and enhance service delivery
- Adapt supervisory practices to align with the changing needs of student populations and campus environments under the EIE program
